This project is located in the interchange betwwen Houhu road and Jianshe xi road, Jiang’an district,Wuhan which is a good for residential building. In the north is a city park and in the south is the light rail. The land area is 24,187 sq.ms, total floor area is 82,945.8 sq.ms that include 67,724.6 sq.ms on ground and 15,221.2 sq.ms under ground, the quantity of rooms is 390.

The Project won the first prize award of construction engineering BIM competition in China.
