Established
in 1993, China Southern Architectural Design & Research
Organization (CADRO) is the Grade A of approval by the Ministry of
Housing and Urban-Rural Development in China. CADRO is one of the major
comprehensive architectural design institutes with Grade A Certificate for
Engineering Design, general planning, environmental design interior design,
Engineering Design Examination and Engineering Consultation. CADRO is composed
of 8 departments, BIM Smarter City Design branch and Interior design branch. It has set up branches in Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhan,
Chengdu, Chongqing, Guizhou and Shenzhen. Recently by cooperating with
famous architects and design institutes, CADRO has anticipated projects in the
Pacific Rim countries, such as Australia, Malaysia, and Thailand etc.

During the development, CADRO has successfully built a strong design team and expanded its market. Now we have more than 30% of the senior professional titles and registered personnel. In the designing process,CADRO focuses individualized design and regional characteristic, we has grobed the green eco-buildings and sustainable building for many years, it was awarded the “Green ecological demonstration project” by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. BIM technology has been well adopted in designs by CADRO in conceptual design, preliminary design and construction drawing designs to integrate all kinds of visualization digital architectural models of relevant information in construction project.
